To create an FAQ navigate to Content > Modules > FAQ and click the New FAQ button.
First start by entering a question.
The FAQ URL field will auto fill based on your Question (excluding question marks and special characters). You can also change the URL if you would like.
Next enter the answer to your Question into the Answer field.
In the Internal Notes field you can puts notes that only you will be able to see. These will not appear on your site.
In the Tags field you can add any relevant tags that pertain to your FAQ. Tags are used throughout BlueberryCMS as a method of categorization and filtering. By tagging FAQs, you can pull all FAQs with a certain tag to be displayed on a page.
Next enter a Publish Date and Expiry Date. If you would not like your FAQ to expire leave the Expiry Date to it's default (12/31/9999).
Next you can set the order your FAQ will appear on your website. The lowest number will be displayed first.
The Enabled check box is checked by default. If you would not like your FAQ to be displayed on your site yet, you can uncheck this box.
Click the Save button if you are finished or click Cancel if you would like to discard your FAQ.
After you Save you'll be redirected back to the FAQ list view. If you would like to Edit an FAQ click the FAQ name or the Edit Pencil button in the Actions Column.
